Objective: The overall objective of this contract is to support the justice reform agenda and stakeholders through a preparatory assistance to maximize the impact of subsequent SRC as a policy-driven support programme
Specific objectives:
The specific objectives (SO) of this contract are as follows:
 SO1: To assist the three branches of power in improving the institutional set up and governance of the Justice sector policies and reforms; notably ensuring the independence of the judiciary and strengthening inter-sector strategic coordination;
 SO2: To contribute to improving service delivery in the justice sector with results-oriented and multi-annual budgeting ;
 SO3: To strengthen capacities of dealing with the primary and secondary legislation and the practices needed for better access to law and justice. / Objetivo: El objetivo general de este contrato es apoyar el programa de reforma de la justicia y a las partes interesadas a través de una asistencia preparatoria para maximizar el impacto de la posterior CRS como programa de apoyo a las políticas
Objetivos específicos:
Los objetivos específicos (OE) de este contrato son los siguientes
OE1: Ayudar a los tres poderes a mejorar la configuración institucional y la gobernanza de las políticas y reformas del sector de la Justicia; en particular, garantizar la independencia del poder judicial y reforzar la coordinación estratégica intersectorial;
OE2: Contribuir a mejorar la prestación de servicios en el sector de la justicia con una presupuestación orientada a los resultados y plurianual;
OE3: Reforzar las capacidades de tratamiento de la legislación primaria y secundaria y las prácticas necesarias para un mejor acceso al derecho y a la justicia.
