Support to the Justice Sector in Meeting the Required Criteria for Sector Budget Support in Jordan / Apoyo al sector de la justicia en el cumplimiento de los criterios necesarios para el apoyo presupuestario del sector en Jordania

Objective: To assist the three branches of power in improving the institutional set up and governance of the Justice sector policies and reforms; notably ensuring the independence of the judiciary and strengthening inter-sector strategic coordination; to contribute to improving service delivery in the justice sector with results- oriented and multi-annual budgeting and to strengthen capacities of dealing with the primary and secondary legislation and the practices needed for better access to law and justice. / Objetivo: Ayudar a las tres ramas del poder a mejorar la estructura institucional y la gobernanza de las políticas y reformas del sector de la justicia; en particular, garantizar la independencia del poder judicial y fortalecer la coordinación estratégica intersectorial; contribuir a mejorar la prestación de servicios en el sector de la justicia con presupuestos plurianuales y orientados a resultados y fortalecer las capacidades para abordar la legislación primaria y secundaria y las prácticas necesarias para un mejor acceso a la ley y la justicia.
