Long term and Short Term Technical Assistance for the program Support to the National Policy of Justice / Asistencia técnica a largo y corto plazo para el programa Apoyo a la Política Nacional de Justicia

Objective: The general objective of the project is: Contribute to the strengthening of the rule of law through the implementation of the National Policy of Justice (NPJ) in the context of the SCADD (Stratégie de Croissance Accélérée et de Développement Durable, Accelerated growth and sustainable development strategy).
The general objective of the technical assistance required through three separate lots is the facilitation of the implementation, under the best conditions and as soon as possible, of the National Policy of Justice.
The specific objectives of this contract are:
Support an independent, credible, effective and accessible justice system through the implementation of the NPJ. It will support the government:
(i) the structural framework of justice is strengthened and ensures the independence of the judiciary,
(ii) the public service of justice is improved and accessible and
(iii) the instruments of NPC implementation are functional / Objetivo: El objetivo general del proyecto es Contribuir al fortalecimiento del Estado de Derecho a través de la implementación de la Política Nacional de Justicia (PNJ) en el contexto de la SCADD (Stratégie de Croissance Accélérée et de Développement Durable, estrategia de crecimiento acelerado y desarrollo sostenible).
El objetivo general de la asistencia técnica requerida a través de tres lotes separados es la facilitación de la implementación, en las mejores condiciones y lo antes posible, de la Política Nacional de Justicia.
Los objetivos específicos de este contrato son
Apoyar un sistema de justicia independiente, creíble, eficaz y accesible a través de la implementación de la PNJ. Apoyará al gobierno:
(i) el marco estructural de la justicia se fortalece y garantiza la independencia del poder judicial,
(ii) el servicio público de justicia sea mejorado y accesible y
(iii) los instrumentos de aplicación del CPN sean funcionales.
