In the framework of SIEA 2018 Lot 3, the European Commission has awarded the consortium led by Altair with the technical assistance in strategic planning for the National Human Rights Council "CNDH”. The general objective is to promote and protect human rights in Morocco and prevent their violation and to support the institutional strategic planning of the CNDH.
