The European Commission has awarded Altair the technical assistance for evaluation of Calls for Proposals under IPA II. The overall objective of the project is to assist the Contracting Authority in selecting the best-quality projects under a number of Call for Proposals. The purpose of this contract is to provide independent technical expertise as an assessor (non-voting member) to increase efficiency in the evaluation of project proposals in a number of Calls for Proposals, according to the rules for ‘Procurement and Grants for European Union external actions’.
